En étroite collaboration avec le projet Innov'I- EU4innovation financé par l'Union européenne, THE NEXT SOCIETY s'apprête à démarrer une nouvelle mission d'assistance technique en Tunisie.

Comme les 6 précédentes déjà opérées par le projet, cette mission est mise en œuvre au niveau national dans le prolongement direct du dialogue public-privé mené lors des réunions du panel de plaidoyer initié par le projet pour contribuer à la mise en œuvre de mesures ou d'instruments politiques en matière d'innovation et de compétitivité.

En Août 2020, le législateur tunisien a adopté la loi relative au « Crowdfunding » portant sur la réglementation des pratiques de financement participatif. Cette loi qui vise à « fournir le financement nécessaire aux projets et aux sociétés en vue de promouvoir l'investissement, l'entrepreneuriat, la créativité et l'innovation » vient offrir un cadre légal à des pratiques ayant déjà émergé en Tunisie mais freinées de fait par l’absence de réglementation jusqu’alors.

En plein essor dans d'autres pays, le crowdfunding est encore embryonnaire en Tunisie alors même qu’il semble être adapté pour répondre aux défis de développements humain, social et économique du pays, accentués depuis peu par la crise du Covid19.

C'est pourquoi THE NEXT SOCIETY a décidé d'appuyer la mise en œuvre de cette loi en soutenant les autorités de régulation dans la définition de l'exact potentiel économique et commercial du crowdfunding en Tunisie. L'objectif ainsi visé est de circonscrire la demande du marché relative à ces nouveaux modes de financement, définir les modalités d’agrément des nouvelles plateformes et accompagner ces dernières dans leurs parcours d'opérateurs de la loi.

Coordonnée par les partenaires tunisiens du projet CONECT et APII et en lien étroit avec les travaux déjà lancés sur le sujet par le projet Innov'I, THE NEXT SOCIETY lance une consultation pour recruter l'expertise nécessaire à cette mission.

In close collaboration with the Innov'I- EU4innovation project, THE NEXT SOCIETY is about to start a new technical assistance mission in Tunisia.

Like the 6 previous missions already carried out by the project, this new one is implemented at the national level as a direct follow-up of the public-private dialogue conducted during the advocacy panel meetings initiated by the project to contribute to the implementation of policy measures or instruments in the field of innovation and competitiveness.

In August 2020, the Tunisian legislator adopted the law on "Crowdfunding" regulating participatory financing practices. This law, which aims to "provide the necessary financing to projects and companies in order to promote investment, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation", provides a legal framework for practices that have already emerged in Tunisia but were hampered by the lack of regulation until now.

In full expansion in other countries, crowdfunding is still embryonic in Tunisia even though it seems to be adapted to meet the challenges of human, social and economic development of the country, accentuated recently by the Covid19 crisis.

This is why THE NEXT SOCIETY has decided to support the implementation of this law by supporting the regulatory authorities in defining the exact economic and commercial potential of crowdfunding in Tunisia. The objective is to better understand the market demand for these new modes of financing, define the terms of approval of new platforms and accompany them in their journey as operators of the law.

Coordinated by the Tunisian partners of the project CONECT and APII, and in close connection with the work already initiated on the subject by the Innov'I project, THE NEXT SOCIETY launches a consultation to recruit the expertise necessary for this mission.
